I have a question about the  MENyx Products, who do I contact?

If you have a specific question regarding our MENyx products, we're always happy to help! Please email our customer service team at info@menyx.com.au. 

Where are the Products Made? 

We are 100% Australian owned, manufactured and packaged in Victoria, Australia. 

What ingredients are in the products? 

A full list of ingredients is listed both on the back of the bottles and can be found on the product page

How do I use the products?

Is payment secure? 

Yes! We use a leading encryption service to process all payments so your credit card information is hidden from us.

What payments do you accept?

We accept payments from Paypal and all major credit card providers, such as Amex, MasterCard, Visa and Apple Pay. 

 Who sees my information?

MENyx will not sell, share, or disclose your information with any third parties. The only exception to this is the address and delivery information shared with Australia Post to have your order delivered. 

 Do you offer returns and refunds? 

Yes! if you are not completely satisfied with your product within 14 days, we will issue you a refund. Email the MENyx  team at returns@menyx.com.au and we will happily send you the return instructions.

How long will my order take to arrive? 

MENyx orders are delivered via Australia Post standard within 3-5 business days for all Australian metropolitan areas. Please allow for an additional 1-2 days transit for regional areas. To ensure secure delivery, all parcels must be signed for upon receipt. If you don’t expect to be home during normal business hours, please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

During our peak sales and promotional activity periods, some orders may take a little longer than expected to be picked, packed and shipped to you. If you have any concerns over the shipping timeline, please contact our team at info@menyx.com.au

How  do I get my Gift Card?

All gift Cards are E-Cards and all information and codes will be sent to you via email after you have paid for your gift card at checkout.

Can I track my order? 

Yes! Processing at MENyx takes 1-2 business days then you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships with Australia Post.

What happens if I enter the wrong delivery information?

Simply contact our team at info@menyx.com.au as soon a possible.

Do you ship internationally? 

No, currently we only ship within Australia, however if you would like to enquire about international shipping contact info@menyx.com.au
